Developers are planning to start an office building as part of a Flower Mound mixed-use project. The Silveron Park development is planned on FM 2499 at Lakeside Village Parkway near Grapevine Lake. Thompson Realty Capital LLC is teaming up with Trez Capital to build the 50-acre project that includes offices, retail and apartments. The developers are to break ground in January on a 64,350-square-foot office building with underground parking, according to planning documents filed with the state. The three-story building, designed by Richardson-based Alliance Architects, will open in late 2024.
