Grapevine-based NewcrestImage – one of North Texas' best-known hotel developers – is forming a partnership with a Dallas company to build and operate more properties. NewcrestImage is teaming with Coury Hospitality for 'lifestyle hotel development.' NewcrestImage will own 50% of the new venture. 'This investment allows us to compete, grow, and succeed together, leveraging our extensive resources, wide geographic reach, and shared commitment to fostering a close-knit corporate culture,' NewcrestImage chairman and CEO Mehul Patel said in a statement.
