The company that started Velvet Taco is bringing its slider-burger 'bars' to north Fort Worth and Grapevine. Son of a Butcher Slider Bar, a nostalgia burger grill with small wagyu beef or chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, shakes and cocktails, will add its second Tarrant County location this year off Heritage Trace Parkway near Alliance Town Center. The first local 'SOB Sliders' opened this week at 480 Texas 114 West, Grapevine. It's next door to former corporate cousin Velvet Taco. The menu features six slider burgers from a classic to a brisket 'burnt ends' burger with barbecue sauce and Gouda.
