With cold weather and icy conditions continuing in North Texas, Grapevine police are asking the public for help in finding a missing man believed to be traveling on foot. Christian Saulter-Williams, 31, was last seen Jan. 24 in Watauga, north of Fort Worth. Cold temperatures combined with a lack of contact with his family have increased concern for his wellbeing, police said. He also has a medical condition increasing the urgency to find him, police said. Saulter-Williams is described as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes, who is about 6 feet tall and 220 pounds.
