The location that has housed Marshall Grain Co. since 2009 will have a new tenant soon. Moon Valley Nurseries , an Arizona-based business, will move into 3525 William D. Tate Ave., Grapevine, this summer. A conditional-use permit was approved by both Grapevine's Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council during the May 16 meeting . What's happening Moon Valley Nurseries sells more than 4,000 different types of trees, shrubs, plants, flowers and succulent that are raised on company-owned farms, according to city documents.
