Minneapolis-based travel management company Carrousel Travel is partnering to use AI travel technology supplier Grapevine's recommendation services, the companies announced. With the partnership, Carrousel will use Grapevine's technology to send travelers recommendations for hotels and other ancillary bookings via email, text and WhatsApp once they book a flight or train trip. The service helps increase attachment rates, which means additional revenue for Carrousel and ensures that bookings follow travel policy and are on-platform for clients, according to Grapevine.
